LINCOLN–(KFOR Oct. 30)–Lincoln-Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force made two big drug raids in a span of an hour on opposite ends of the city on Monday.

The first one was near 7th and Fletcher just before 3:30pm, where officers found 108 grams of suspected cocaine, 15.6 ounces of pot, an AK-47 and a .45 caliber handgun, plus $25,000 in cash.   Task Force members arrested 23-year-old Majdal Elias for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver among other charges.

Then an hour later, 55 pounds of pot worth $320,000 and three guns were recovered, including a 9mm handgun, two AK-47s and a AR-15 rifle, along with nearly $16,000 cash at a home near 56th and Rokeby Road.

Police Officer Angela Sands said there were other items found inside the home at 6140 Luann Lane.

“Officers located 252 THC wax concentrate packages and 400 THC vaporizer cartridges,” Sands added.

Task Force members arrested 29-year-old Fadwa Daher, who lives at the house, on several charges, including delivery of a controlled substance.

Officer Sands says, for now, both of these busts appear to be unrelated.
