$17K Missing in Construction Site Theft

A $17,000 theft was reported in Capitol Beach area over the weekend.

Lincoln police say a construction company working on a house returned to work Monday to find thousands of dollars in equipment stolen.

Workers reported the theft Monday morning but think the items, which were construction forms made of concrete and aluminum and a bucket of hardware, were stolen over the weekend.
