UPDATE – Shooting Targeted – Not Random

(KFOR NEWS  November 7, 2019)  Lincoln Police confirm for KFOR NEWS Thursday’s shooting of a 26 year old Lincoln woman was a targeted attack.  Linda Sonthixay told police she was in her home near 17th and B streets when a man came in and shot her in the chest  A friend drove her to the hospital.  Witnesses reported seeing 2 men in hooded sweatshirts getting into a white Honda Civic.  Sonthixay’s injuries are non life-threatening.
