Wanna Join Primus?

Legendary funk-rock band Primus is on the hunt for a new drummer after longtime bandmate Tim Alexander unexpectedly left the group.

Interested candidates can submit a resume and video performance to [email protected]. The band is seeking a well-mannered and affable drummer who can contribute to the musical conversation and open new doors creatively.

Primus plans to continue performing with an augmented version of the band for upcoming shows, including two New Year’s gigs in Oakland. The new drummer will join the band on their 2025 Sessanta tour dates with A Perfect Circle and Puscifer.
