Two People Injured in SW Lincoln Crash on Thanksgiving Night

LINCOLN–(KFOR Nov. 28)–A traffic collision in southwest Lincoln on Thursday night sent two people to the hospital.

According to Lincoln Police, the crash happened around 8:30pm at 14th and Nebraska Parkway. Investigators say a vehicle heading westbound on Nebraska Parkway ran a red light and hit a southbound vehicle on 14th Street.  Both drivers were taken to a Lincoln hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash and the investigation is ongoing.
