LINCOLN–(KFOR Oct. 3)–Two arrests were made by Lincoln Police on Thursday morning, in connection to the Sept. 5 shooting outside of Pinnacle Bank Arena after a concert had wrapped up.

Police arrested 18-year-old Delshon Levering of Omaha for first-degree assault and use of a firearm to commit a felony, while 31-year-old Bria Carter of Bennington was arrested as an accessory. Both are now in the Lancaster County Jail.  The arrests come through various interviews with witnesses and reviewing digital evidence.

According to Lincoln Police, Levering showed a gun and fired at least seven shots into a crowd of people near Canopy Street and “Q” Street. A 19-year-old man was wounded by gunfire, while a hotel room window and a vehicle was struck that had three people inside. Levering ran to a vehicle registered to Carter and took off.

Bullet casings recovered at the scene fit ones found outside of Carter’s home in July, where she claimed the gun accidentally discharged and jammed in a separate incident.
