Suspected Man on Meth Pulls Down Boxers

(KFOR NEWS  August 6, 2019)   On August 5^th, shortly before Midnight, police responded to calls of a man wearing only boxers running across Cornhusker Hwy near 11^th Street.  Officers found 38-year-old, Michael Maxson near 11^th and Belmont in the entrance of a hotel.  Maxson pulled the front of his boxers down, exposing himself.  Police tried to take Maxson into custody, but he struggled.  Maxson was taken to the hospital for suspected methamphetamine use.  Maxson was cited for indecent exposure.
