Suspect Arrested Following Sunday Morning Break-In at South Lincoln Video Game Store

LINCOLN–(KFOR Sept. 23)–Police are investigating a burglary at a south Lincoln video game store from early Sunday morning. Investigators say an alarm was sounding at the Game Stop near 27th and Pine Lake Road, where a window to the business was shattered.
Officers also saw someone, later identified as 20-year-old Zaiden Hofmann of Lincoln, run from the back of the store to the front, then leave through the broken window. Hofmann was taken into custody a couple of blocks away. Nearly $3,000 worth of video game equipment was recovered and damage to the window was around $3,500.
Hofmann was arrested for burglary, possession of burglars tools and obstructing a peace officer.
