Parking Gate Scrap?

REPUBLIC PARKING in the Haymarket reported the exit gate to one of their parking garages was damaged and showed this guy in the video to police.  He kicked, pulled, twisted,  hit the gate arm and reader equipment causing over $3200 in damages.  If you know this guy, leave a tip here!
