LINCOLN–(KFOR Oct. 28)–Some irregularities were discovered in a Big Ten Conference review of the officiating during Nebraska and Ohio State’s football game on Saturday.

According to the Big Ten Conference Chief Operating Officer Kerry Kenny, it seemed the ball was not spotted correctly on several occasions, including when Nebraska running back Emmitt Johnson appeared to have a first down towards the end of the first half.  The ball was placed a full-yard short of the line to gain.

Nebraska lost valuable time off the clock during this series of plays, while still managing to make a field goal as time expired in the first half.
