NSAA Releases State Football Playoff Pairings
LINCOLN–(KFOR Oct. 26)–The pairings were released Saturday morning for the NSAA State High School Football Playoffs, which start next Friday.
There are ten teams from the Lincoln area competing in four classes.
In Class A, Lincoln Southeast is a No. 7 seed and will host No. 10 Millard North next Friday at 7pm, which you can hear on KFOR. Meanwhile, Lincoln North Star is a No. 11 seed at No. 6 Bellevue West, and Lincoln East is a No. 12 seed and will play at No. 5 Omaha North.
In Class B, Waverly is a No. 6 seed and will host No. 11 seed Norris next Friday at 7pm, while Lincoln Pius X is a No. 15 seed and will play at No. 2 seed Seward.
Lincoln Christian makes the Class C1 playoff bracket as a No. 9 seed and will travel to play at No. 8 Chadron.
The Class C2 playoffs will feature Raymond Central as the No. 9 seed playing at No. 8 seed and defending state champ Boone Central, while Malcolm is the No. 6 seed and will host No. 11 Mitchell and Lincoln Lutheran makes it in as a No. 15 seed and play at No. 2 Wahoo Neumann.
