LINCOLN–(KFOR Sept. 23)–Court documents revealed new information into the Sept. 7 shooting near 33rd and Holdrege, which left a 20-year-old Lincoln woman wounded.

An arrest affidavit says the victim had been with her sister’s boyfriend at the time, who urged her to get inside their car after spotting a man with a gun. She described the suspect, later identified as 21-year-old Dreyce Bogan, as wearing all black and carrying a rifle. A witness near the Kwik Shop at 33rd and Holdrege told police he saw a sedan stopped in traffic for no apparent reason.

The witness then observed Bogan, armed with a rifle, shouting “Get out of the way” before firing toward the Kwik Shop. It was captured on surveillance video. Bogan and 21-year-old Bradley Dennis, who picked up Bogan in the getaway car, were arrested last Thursday in Georgia.
