Nebraska Woman Files Lawsuit Against McDonald’s In Light of E. Coli Outbreak

LINCOLN–(KFOR Oct. 25)–A North Platte woman has filed a lawsuit against McDonald’s, regarding the e-coli outbreak with their quarter pounder sandwich, that’s left several people sick in ten states.

Clarissa DeBock claimed she got sick with e-coli, after eating at the fast food chain. It’s the second such lawsuit filed this week, after an e. coli outbreak in ten states has been traced back to some onions grown at a California farm that were used on the quarter-pounder sandwich.

Nine people in Nebraska, including one in Lancaster County, have gotten sick as a result of the outbreak.
