More LPD Body Cameras in 2019

Lincoln Police Officers are getting 22 more body cameras in 2019.  On KFOR’s Lincoln Live, Police Chief, Jeff Bliemeister, said a computer server necessary to handle the huge amount of data from these cameras, as well as the 6 cameras used now by LPD, has been installed.  A representative from the camera manufacturer will soon install software for the cameras.
