Man Gropes Woman While Walking Dog

Lincoln Police tells KFOR NEWS a woman walking her dog near 61st and Holdrege Monday night was approached by a man who groped her.  He got back into his car, drove ahead a short distance, then got out, exposed and inappropriately touched himself…then drove off in a dark colored 4 door sedan.  Police Capt. Jake Dilsaver tells KFOR NEWS the man is described as a Middle Eastern man in his 20s, average build with dark hair.
