Man Dies in Northeast Lincoln House Fire

LINCOLN–(KFOR Nov. 15)–A deadly house fire late Friday night in northeast Lincoln remains under investigation.

Lincoln Fire and Rescue were called to a home near 57th and Hartley around 11:50pm, where smoke and flames were coming from the home.  Firefighters say a 66-year-old man was killed in the fire.  His name has not yet been released.

What caused the fire remains under investigation.  More details could be released at Monday’s media briefing.
