Lincoln Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting Two Girls

LINCOLN–(KFOR Nov. 2)–An arrest has been made to some recent sexual assaults over the past two months.

According to Lincoln Police, 31-year-old Scotlund Adkins has been charged with first-degree and second-degree sexual assault of a child and intentional child abuse. On Oct. 25, LPD was called to Mickle Middle School about a child sexual assault, where a 12-year-old girl said Adkins had shown her a porn video and touched her inappropriately. Later in the day, a 13-year-old girl told police she witnessed it.

The 12-year-old lived with Adkins and this past Monday was sexually assaulted several times when her mother wasn’t home. Both the girls were allegedly sexually assaulted by Adkins on September 14.

Adkins was arrested on Thursday. He’s due in court December 12.
