LINCOLN–(KFOR Nov. 1)–A 54-year-old Lincoln woman has turned herself in to police, after she allegedly made over $135,000 in unauthorized purchases with two business credit cards.

Tiffany Isley turned herself in on Thursday and is accused of theft by unlawful taking of over $5,000. She was employed as a secretary at Pat Thomas Construction and as part of her employment, she was given a credit card under her name to buy office supplies and work-related items.

An arrest affidavit says an accounting firm that did the business’ taxes found spending patterns of unauthorized purchases by Isley and then depositing $9,000 into the business’ account. More than 1,700 unauthorized purchases were done by Isley with the two cards between July 2022 and July 2024.

Isley is due back in court on December 12.
