Early Mail-In Ballots Sent Out for November General Election
LINCOLN–(KFOR Oct. 1)–By the end of this week, you should receive an early voting ballot in your mailbox from the Lancaster County Election Commissioner’s Office, if you are among the 42,000 verified requests.
By law, early vote ballot envelopes must be signed and received by the Election Commission by 8 p.m. on Nov. 5.
Early vote ballots must be returned to the Election Commission in the self-addressed envelope enclosed with their ballot by mail or by dropping them off in one of the secure drop boxes listed below:

Anderson Branch Library, 3635 Touzalin Avenue
Eiseley Branch Library, 1530 Superior Street
Gere Branch Library, 2400 South 56th Street
Walt Branch Library, 6701 South 14th Street
Lincoln voters can now pick up an early vote ballot for the General Election at the Election Office. Early in-person voting for the general election will begin next Monday, Oct. 7. It will be the only poll location open in the county until election day on Nov. 5.
