LINCOLN–(KFOR June 12)–New information from police regarding the vandalism inside Roper Elementary School in southwest Lincoln early Tuesday morning shows damage estimates have reached $10,000.

Fire extinguishers were sprayed all over the middle part of the building, while damage was done to clocks, fixtures, vending machines, displays and windows.  Police were still investigating how the vandals got inside the building.

Meanwhile, fingerprints and DNA have been processed and anyone living near the school are being asked to call Lincoln Police at 402-441-6000 or Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600.
