And this is why I shouldn’t have done a resolution.

I kept talking about how I don’t like resolutions because you’re setting yourself up to fail… and then what did I do? I set a resolution.

I had been doing really great at getting to my yoga mat for a little exercise on the daily, but then the weekend happened, and now I’ve already failed my resolution to get to my mat every day.

THIS IS WHY I SHOULDN’T DO THAT!

  1. I feel guilty and like I’ve let myself down
  2. I feel like a failure
  3. It’s now a vicious cycle, will I ever exercise again?
  4. I’ve been eating horribly and drinking all weekend and I really could’ve used an excuse as to why that’s ok… i.e.  I worked out for an hour today, so 3 pieces of pizza is totally fine.

Bad move, Meta, bad move.
