Actual Kidney “Punch”

Kidney health is very important and one drink can be a huge fact: coffee.

According to a study in “Kidney International Reports,” coffee could possibly reduce your risk of acute kidney injury.

The study found drinking any amount of coffee significantly reduces the risk, though 2-3 cups a day saw the biggest reduction.

While this is great news for coffee drinkers, researchers say that more work on the study needs to be conducted.
