6 Semis Destroyed In Fire Overnight

Lincoln Fire and Rescue had a busy night in Northwest Lincoln. A call came in around 10:40pm of a truck on fire near North West 12th and Kingbird Rd. LFR arrived to find multiple rigs on fire at the Sysco plant.  All six are completely destroyed. The semi trucks also leaked fuel which prompted a response from the health department to help prevent the fuel from leaking into the storm system on the property. No injuries were reported. The fire is still under investigation.
